Refund and Returns Policy


  • EZeller has the right to cancel your order incase of insufficient stocks or in case of any suspicious order transactions via EZeller’s payment gateway. Auto cancellation may also be triggered by the administration end in case of any improper order placement and/or due to any technical difficulties. Entire amount will be refunded in cancellation by eZeller. Incase of customer request for cancellation 100 % refund for unshipped orders and incase of shipment orders shipping fee and transaction bank charges will be deducted. transactions happening through EZeller’ s payment gateway the amount involved in the transaction will be re-debited to the customer account as per bank’s clearance, this Agreement, the license granted herein, or your access to any aspect or all of EZeller / Services at any time without any liability whatsoever. You agree to destroy or return to EZeller all copies of the EZeller / Services and all Proprietary Information promptly upon learning of such Termination. The applicable terms of EZeller’s Terms of Use shall survive termination of this Agreement.


  • Warranty. It is limited only to manufacturing defects and Doesn’t Cover Physical Damage. Incase of damage or non-working kindly inform us within 48 hours of the delivery. Post that eZeller is not liable. In case of replacement or warranty claim onward logistics charges will be borne by the buyer and return will be from seller.
  •  All Products brought at are warranted for a period defined by the respective manufacturers against defect in material & workmanship. EZeller is not giving the warranty and does not hold out any warranty of products sold. EZeller will not be responsible for any defective/deficient or otherwise unsatisfactory products. Returns & Refund Policy

  •  To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Tempered Glass, Camera Lens etc..
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
  • There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
  • Book with obvious signs of use
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery

  • Customer will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
