This bone cleaver is made of 40Cr13 purified stainless steel, which tends to be durable and stay sharp.
The weight of the knife is up to 1000g to add more force in chopping bones. The handle is 40% longer than general cleavers to save effort.
Single piece steel knife blade gives the knife great stability and toughness, which is much safer. Knife blade extends into to rosewood scales to receive great stability. Handwash is recommended.
